Brand & Logos of Venera Swap
Intro
Please, at first read the following guidelines.
On the one hand, Venera Swap distributes some of its technology under open-source licenses; on the other hand, the Venera Swap and VSW brands are not distributed under the same licenses.
Please, notice that Venera Swap ‘Brand Assets’ are copyrighted. Consequently, you may use them regarding the following policy:
- The Venera Swap and VSW logos, wordmark, icon.
- The Venera Swap name.
- Various visual assets made by Venera Swap including but not limited to illustrations and 3d models.
What you may do
Of course, the usage of Venera Swap's Brand Assets is possible, in case you are:
- Referring to our products and services.
- Linking to our official site or products, for instance ‘Trade our token on Venera Swap’.
- Declaring an official partnership, provided that you possess official approval by a qualified member of the Venera Swap team.

What you may not do
We always follow the open source ethos. In order to protect the Venera Swap brand and thus to keep our users' security, we list some examples of forbidden uses of our Brand Assets here:
- Don't use our Brand Assets in your products' name, logo, NFTs, etc.
- For instance, designing an app named ‘Venera Swap Mobile’ or ‘VSW baby’ are prohibited.
- Don't use the Venera Swap logo in the whole or in part as part of your products' logos, marketing material, website, etc.
- Logos with a strong similarity to the Venera Swap Icon are not allowed either.
- Don't use our Brand Assets to make digital or physical products for sale, including but not limited to Merchandise (‘Swag’)
- NFTs
- Other products
- Don't create imitative names that contain official endorsement. So, don't make a social media group named ‘Venera Swap Italy’ — this sounds in an official way.
- Any changes or adaptations of our Brand Assets are not allowed, either. Do not change the colors, reassemble, abbreviate, or change the assets in whatever way .
Please, be creative yourself! If you have any ideas concerning the Venera Swap ecosystem, make it your own.
